TEST I-Connect Mobile App
Free self-monitoring app for students. Set goals, check in at intervals, generate progress reports. Available on iOS, Android, Microsoft, and Mac.

I-Connect is a customizable self-monitoring app for students. The user — a teacher, mentor, parent, or student — sets the goal (on-task, following expectations, completing homework, any specific behavior the student is working on) and the check-in interval. The app prompts the student at that interval and asks them to answer yes or no. The data is stored and turned into progress reports that can be shared with teachers, counselors, mentors, or parents. Self-monitoring has decades of research behind it as a way to increase student on-task behavior, decrease inappropriate behavior, and build student awareness of their own progress. I-Connect updates the long history of paper-based self-monitoring for the smartphone era. Free to download.
Peer-reviewed research on I-Connect shows decreased inappropriate behaviors, increased productivity, and increased academic engagement. Effective for students with learning and attention needs, students on the autism spectrum, students with IEPs, and students in general education, community, and workplace settings.
